“ The ginger is perfect not too spicy. The ronde is chewy and the nut inside the ronde is perfect not bitter. The sate pisang is my favourite. The banana is sweet and the sauce is super yummy. I definately will go back here again if I visit Magelang. ”
“ the unique taste of ronde so delicious with the food like lumpia, banana with white sauce, and others. it is located in padar street, near the 3rd Senior High School Magelang ”
“ Nice, clean and comfortable. Free from cigarette smoke! Thank you very much.... Sate banana was unique. It's almost like nagasari on a stick.. Ronde was okay... i prefer more ginger. ”
“ Famous old shop of Ronde. Famous also for its Sate Pisang. It was too hot inside due to the only fan not working. ”
“ Known this place from a friend. This sells ‘Wedang Ronde’ (Wedang is sort like sweet syrup with ginger aromatic, Ronde is made from glutinous rice flour filled with ground peanut and shapes like a small balls), ‘Sate Pisang’ (Sweet Banana Satay), ‘Tahu Bacem’, ‘Lumpia’ (Spring Roll), and ‘Mi Bakso’ (Noodle with Meatball). Small place, a bit hot inside. Their Wedang Ronde tastes good & sweet. Their Mi Bakso also taste so good. Sate Pisang also tastes unique, you have to try one. ”
“ Never stayed in Magelang before, so it was my first night exploring the culinary and I got to know about Sate Pisang! This place is the first one that appears on Google when I searched for Sate Pisang. By looking at the place, I know this place is legendary! We ordered Sate Pisang, Wedang Ronde and Es Ronde. So Sate Pisang is (CMIIW) cut-up steamed banana covered in a sweet white sauce that I think was made of coconut milk. The Wedang Ronde is so good! The peanut and sugar filling is quite generous. The Es Ronde uses syrup-based water, so it’s not gingery like the warm one and it has some cut-up pineapples as well. Everyone was so friendly and even we got tips on how to warm up the Wedang Ronde that we brought home ”
“ This place serves one of the best ronde. The spices is on point, it's not too spicy and not too sweet. The mochi (ronde) is chewy and soft, the mung bean inside is pretty generous too. And i like their banana satay, it is unique and when eaten with the ronde, it is perfecting the dish. Downside of this place is their limited capacity and parking space. It can be too crowded on busy hour. ”
